After you’ve filled out the contact form, an admissions coordinator will reach out to you at the phone number provided within the next 1-2 business days. We’ll discuss program options, assess your needs, verify your insurance, and answer any questions you might have about Rosewood.

Your coordinator will schedule an in-person assessment with our clinical staff. They will guide you through an in-depth needs assessment. The information gathered here will serve as a baseline to map your progress throughout the program.

In this step, you will receive a personalized program recommendation, fill out paperwork, and make your deposit. Your coordinator will send along all relevant program materials to prepare you and your family for the steps ahead.
